2. Material procurement
According to the material🧔 requirements of the design drawings, the procurement department will carefully select metal materials that meet national or industry standards. The quality of materials is directly related to the quality of the final product, so we strictly screen and regularly evaluate material suppliers.
3. Processing preparation
Before processing, the equipment needs to be debugged and prepared. Prepare corresponding machining tools, measuring ✤and inspectio♔n tools according to the shape, size and special requirements of the parts. The key to this stage is to ensure that all equipment is in optimal condition, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processing.
4. Processing operations
Processing operation is the core link of the entire process. We strictly follow the design drawings and processing technology to ensure the di😼mensional accuracy and surface quality of the parts. During the processing, strict online monitoring is implemented to adjust and c꧒orrect processing parameters in a timely manner, ensuring product quality.
5. Surface treatment
Some metal components require surface treatment after processing, such as heat treatment, electroplating, spraying, polishing, etc., to improve their corrosion resistance and aesthetics. The selection of surface treatment process is based on customer needs and product characteristics, ensuring that the trꦕeated product meets or even exceeds customer expectations.
6. Inspection and Quality Control
After processing, str🅰ict inspection and quality control are carried out on the parts. Use measuring tools and equipment such as calipers, micrometers, projectors, etc. to inspect the size, shape, and surface quality of parts. For non-conforming products, they should be promptly isolated and reworked or scrapped. At the same time, establish traceability and document management systems to record the production date, processing technology, and inspection results of parts, ensuring product quality traceability.
7. Assembly and packaging
Assemble and package qualified components for transportation and use. During the assembly process, strict assembly processes and inspec🔯tion standards are followed to e🌳nsure assembly quality. The packaging is customized according to customer needs and product characteristics to ensure that the product is not damaged during transportation.
